Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg has launched its latest housing development, Mindalore Estate,  which is centrally situated adjacent to the well established Roodepoort suburb of Witpoortjie.

The launch is marked by the release for pre-sale of the first phase consisting of only 69 stands. The total number of stands in the development are 566 and the installation of services (roads, water, electricity) are at an advanced stage.

House prices start from R795 360 for a 2 bedroom single story house, R845 941 for the smallest 3 bedroom home, R980 392 for larger 3 bedroom homes and R1 189 947 for the 4 bedroom double story option.

To qualify for a home loan of R795 360 you will need to earn a combined household income before deductions of around R26 000 per month and for a home costing R980 392 you will need an income of R32 000 before deductions.
