Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg has launched its latest housing development, Mindalore Estate, which is centrally situated adjacent to the well established Roodepoort suburb of Witpoortjie.
The launch is marked by the release for pre-sale of the first phase consisting of only 69 stands. The total number of stands in the development are 566 and the installation of services (roads, water, electricity) are at an advanced stage.
If you want to be first in line to choose your stand you can find out if you qualify by getting your home buyer readiness assessment.
With easy access to Ontdekkers Road and Main Reef road which connects you to Soweto and the Johannesburg CBD, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to schools and other amenities such as churches, sports facilities and hundreds of small businesses offering every service you can think off.
Shop till you drop - shops are plentiful in this part of the world with Princess Crossing and Westgate just 9 minutes away and the Witpoortjie Shopping Centre with a Pick and Pay Family store just up the road. The neighbourhood favourite though is the 24 hour Engen Convenience store in Corlett Ave with its Quick shop, Corner bakery, Woolies, Wimpy and ABSA ATM.
Stand sizes range from 250/300 square meters to 890 square meters for the biggest ones. The average stand size is about 450/500 square meters - something you don’t easily find these days in a new development.
The perimeter of the whole development will be enclosed with a 2.1 meter high wall and in addition each individual stand will have a 1.8 meter prefabricated cement wall fitted with a sliding vehicle gate.
A new plan range has also been developed with features such as aluminium windows as standard, full face brick options or face brick and paint combined and Bali style roofs. There are 18 different house plans to choose from and sizes starts at 50 square meters for 2 bedroom homes to 126 square meters 4 bedroom double story family homes.
All houses have private walled gardens, are pet friendly and have pre-paid electricity and energy saving hot water solar geysers and will be enrolled with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC).
